How we hated them! But, looking back - we learned a lot about sewing from making those aprons. And I look fondly at the proportions of them...coverage where needed. A button to hook a pot holder on (yes we made that too)and another to hang a small towel on. <br /><br />Yes, those were the days, alright....and I am so thankful to have the memories. My mom ev...I have a couple of those aprons myself. My mom even wore them when I was a little girl. When I married, my mother and grandmother gave me some for myself.
